Stacy Haaland, Relationship Manager in Operations for our Upper Midwest Practice, is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of services to clients. Stacy works closely with plan sponsors, recordkeepers, TPAs, investment companies and other industry professionals in her role. Stacy assists clients and our team by scheduling plan sponsor and participant meetings, drafting reports, preparing paperwork, and applying an eye for detail to ensure clients experience clear communications and excellent service.
Stacy brings more than 30 years of valuable experience in office administration and sales within the financial services industry.
She shares a home in Robbinsdale, Minnesota with her two sons, Cole and Quinn, and their newest family member, a very playful kitten named Sigurd. Stacy is active in her local church, enjoys spending quality time, walking, chatting, shopping, dining and laughing with family and friends and finding some downtime to savor a cup of tea and a good book.
