Mikayla joined Strategic Retirement Partners as an Intern - Human Resources and Marketing in 2022. Her responsibilities include helping with the onboarding of new hires, submitting materials to compliance, and assisting the Director's team in everyday tasks.
Mikayla is attending school at Lakeland University and is pursuing a degree in Business Administration - Human Resource Management and Marketing. She is anticipated to graduate in the Spring of 2023.
Mikayla currently resides in Columbus, Wisconsin where she was born and raised.

I grew up playing softball ever since I was 7 years old, traveling every summer across the United States. I even played softball in college for Lakeland University! During the summertime, I love to be an assistant coach for our 10U girls’ softball team.
Every 4th of July my brother comes home for a week to visit. He lives in Los Angeles, California. We go up to our family cabin on Castle Rock Lake and boat all week long. We have fireworks, cookouts, and so many new memories are made. It's truly my favorite time of the year!
