With over 20 years of experience in the financial services and retirement plans industry, Kristie brings a sophisticated and ethical approach to our clients’ investment and philanthropic goals. She provides support for our specialized marketplace search and benchmarking services. Kristie assists with working towards optimizing the program structure and cost-service package for clients who face the daunting task of managing their retirement plans, pooled investment accounts and risk mitigation protocols.
In her role, Kristie provides support to assist with corporate employers, colleges and universities, foundations and endowments, and non-profit organizations that seek to better understand the efficiencies within their incumbent relationships and/or to conduct a provider search for replacement services. Kristie provides support to assist with delivering market intel on Outsourced Chief Investment Officers, investment managers, defined contribution plan record keepers, trustees/custodians, defined benefit plan administrators, actuaries, etc., using industry benchmarking, analysis, and negotiation to help ensure the retention of the optimal provider(s).
Kristie has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation demonstrating her attainment of the highest level of experience, expertise and commitment to the business and investment fiduciary responsibility standards.
Kristie began her investment and retirement consulting career in 1993 and developed start-up businesses for Galliard Capital Management and Mercer. Most recently, Kristie fulfilled her consultative services as a Practice leader within White Oak Advisors, LLC. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of St. Thomas, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
