Tom has worked in the retirement plan field for 25 years and has earned the CEBS, AIF, and RPA designations. Tom’s last employer was Wilmington Trust where he was a Retirement Plan Consultant for the last 9 years. Prior to working at Wilmington Trust he worked at a few different retirement recordkeepers including Transamerica, Principal Financial Group, Putnam and John Hancock. Tom graduated from Boston College with a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing.

Tom Sawyer lives with his wife Jessica and his son James in Norwood, MA. Tom enjoys skiing, boating on Cape Cod, and hiking the numerous areas of New England. Tom is an avid traveler and has traveled to numerous countries throughout the world including Thailand, Japan, India, South Africa, Chile, France, Italy and South Africa. Tom adopted a rescue dog from Texas named Laney 5 years ago. Laney is a great addition to the family and has transformed the family dynamic!
