Molly Gillis, Relationship Manager in Operations for our Northern Colorado Practice, is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of services to clients. Molly assists clients and our team by scheduling plan sponsor and participant meetings, drafting reports, preparing paperwork, and applying an eye for detail to ensure clients experience clear communications and excellent service.

Molly was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. She completed her undergraduate degree at Colorado College, receiving her B.A. in Economics. After graduating from Colorado College, she headed south to attend Texas A&M University, receiving her M.S. in Sport Management.

Before joining SRP, Molly worked as the Manager of Client Success with 401k Extra. Before working in wealth management, Molly worked in college athletics as the Director of Operations for the women’s basketball team at Bucknell University. Molly currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her boyfriend.
