Lance is an Investment Advisor Representative with WELLth Advisory Services. As a Plan Consultant for Strategic Retirement Partners in the Mid-West office, Lance works closely with plan sponsors and fiduciaries assisting them with important plan provider decisions. This includes annual plan reviews, plan design analysis, investment monitoring, plan fee benchmarking, and plan provider analysis. Lance also collaborates with plan sponsors and plan providers to create and conduct a customized education plan that helps employees stay on track for retirement.
Lance has been licensed in the securities industry since 2001 and has been dedicated 100% toward the retirement plan sector since 2004.
Lance earned a Bachelor of Science (BS), in Business Administration, Graduated Cum Laude from Upper Iowa University in Des Moines, IA. He holds the Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Examination) license.
Lance has earned an Accredited Investment Fiduciary AIF® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies as well as Retirement Plan Associate RPA® and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist CEBS® designations from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. In addition, he has achieved the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor CPFA® designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors. Finally, he has been awarded a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow LUTCF professional designation, honored by the American College’s and NAIFA’s Code of Ethics for professionalism.
On a personal side, Lance plays numerous sports, including competitive soccer. He also enjoys traveling with his wife (Jean) and dog (Cooper).
