 With her extensive previous experience as the head of Retirement operations, she possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to create effective market solutions.

 Karsha discovered her passion for plan design and investments when she transitioned into the Retirement Industry and started working for the plan participants. She realized the importance of adding proper behaviors to the plan at its inception. Advising investment committees to set up a plan that suits their workforce became her specialty and a source of great pleasure.

Karsha lives in Alpharetta, Georgia, with her husband Sabya, daughter Zoyee and son Zion. They love to travel and enjoy different cuisines from different cultures.
