Kaitlyn Foust is a Relationship Manager, Operations at SRP where she supports Managing Directors with effective administration and operation of client retirement plans. She brings with her a strong background in customer service, operations, and organizational efficiency. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Kaitlyn has a BS in Health Administration with minors in OBHR and Psychology from Purdue University Northwest. She recently continued her education at Indiana University Northwest, where she earned her MBA. She also holds an LSSGB certification, further reflecting her dedication to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Her professional background spans both the healthcare and manufacturing industries. She has previously worked as a medical biller, developing a keen eye for detail and process improvement, before transitioning into the steel industry as a customer service representative. There, she honed her skills in client relations and problem-solving. These experiences have shaped her ability to provide exceptional service and operational support here at SRP.

Kaitlyn is a lifelong Northwest Indiana resident and lives there with her boyfriend of 6 years. She loves her cats, Diet Coke, iced lattes, music, cooking, baking, getting lost in fantasy books, learning new skills, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring new destinations through travel. She also enjoys playing video games with friends, playing recreational softball, and trying new fitness classes—most recently, Pilates!

What is your favorite hobby/what do you like to do in your free time?

"My favorite hobby is playing video games with my friends! I love competitive multiplayer FPS games the most, but I also enjoy relaxing with cozy games."

What was your first job?

"My first job was being a utility team member at a supermarket while I was in high school. In this position, I pulled grocery carts, tidied the parking lot, cleaned spills and messes, and was responsible for collecting the trash around the store. Having this job as my first job taught me that hard work is being done everywhere you go, and to always put my cart back where it goes!"
