As Vice President of Business Operations and an officer of Strategic Retirement Partners, Jacqui Skiffington leads the operations, marketing, and sales teams, driving initiatives that enhance SRP’s business processes and advisor recruiting efforts. Jacqui collaborates closely with advisors and sales teams to implement innovative business development strategies, ensuring the seamless execution of corporate projects and initiatives.

Jacqui was named a 2024 PLANADVISER Emerging Leader, recognizing her exceptional contributions to the retirement plan industry. In her previous role as Director of Business Development, Jacqui specialized in promoting SRP’s services across external and internal networks. She also served as a Relationship Manager of Operations, where she created a highly effective new hire training program, led the Operations Advisory Committee, and partnered with senior leadership on corporate strategy.

A graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics, Jacqui currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, golfing, hiking, and cooking.
