Deane Mayerhofer has built a distinguished career in the financial services industry, with over 40 years of leadership including retirement, wealth management, recordkeeping, insurance, Board relations and corporate administration and practice management.   As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Retirement Partners (SRP), Deane has been the driving force behind the firm’s operational excellence, cultural innovation, and national growth.

Before co-founding SRP, Deane held senior leadership roles at CUNA Mutual Group and served as Executive Director of Life Associates, where she developed a reputation for strategic execution and organizational transformation.

At SRP, Deane assembled one of the most talented operational teams in the industry. Her implementation of best practices and standardized processes has empowered advisors to focus on delivering exceptional service to retirement plans and wealth management clients. She is particularly adept at executing corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, through the lenses of leadership, culture, talent development, and technology enablement.
